1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy...your preference)
1 cup sugar
1 large egg

Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Use a fork to diagonally cross cookies each way.
Bake at 350°F until golden.
For a variation, roll the dough balls in sugar, bake, and place a chocolate kiss in the center as you pull out of the oven.
